Home Buyers Inspection:
This inspection is designed specifically for a Home Buyer. We will do a complete comprehensive home inspection of all visible building components that meet or exceed the Standards of Practice for the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Home Sellers Inspection:
This inspection is identical to the Home Buyers Inspection. The only difference is the Seller has paid for this inspection. This allows the Seller to know "Now" of any defects or problems. The Buyer is made aware of the home's condition when making the offer. Why wait until you have spent time and energy negotiating a price, only to be faced with a surprise afterward. More and more Sellers are having their homes inspected when they list their property to sell. The Buyer is welcome to call us and review the report with your permission.
